What can we say? LOT of Red out this this past week. We are still out here being Boss’ — Keeping our heads down, tuning out the noise and staying at it.
So how are you guys doing? Are you excited about December?
Let's get straight into our weekly update shall we?
We have secured 3 more devs to our team. Each withtheire own specialty. It look a little while longer than anticipated, with the US holiday season among us and what not.
Forgive me if this article is little longer than usual but I am super excited to make some of these announcements & introductions!

Dev Boss CHI ☯
CHI is working on our UI/UX upgrade. To somewhat give you an idea on what he is doing, it is to set up for our Settlers of Harmony Game.

Next up! Dev Boss SunShine 🌞
SunShine is working on what I have common been calling the the ‘mini game’ in chats. Although what we are working on is not mini by any means, he is confident in his abilities to be able to have a complete Exploding Heros (Kitties) game.
I think the most unique feature of this game will be the ability to have your cards re-skinned based on the NFT owned by the player.
Unfortunately I do not have any sneak peaks to share. SunShine got the job for him being able to understand as a project lead we are DM’d and doing the BOSS thing. He literally stayed on top of me the entire interview process and followed up constantly. Where other developers had a lot of other things going on and were interested in the position — they did not feel as Hungry as SunShineeeeeeee.
Welcome aboard. I cannot wait to see after this rather large task comes from him
Last and most certainlly not least as far as the intro:
DEV BOSS Sheriff 🚓
Dev Boss Sheriff was the first of the three devs we brought on board. He is working on something very special in regards to our not so ‘mini’ game. The name of the game is BOSSFALL. It is probability not what you are expecting but it was inspired by my favorite type of game that was popular about 2 decades ago. As we roll out on development and sneak peaks — they will be released right here on Medium.

But Boss, why not just focus on one game, Settlers of Harmony?
The thought process is simple really, we at Boss Swap Headquarters do not want that many hands in the pot with my baby Settlers of Harmony. There is a lot we want to do and sometimes if you allocate to many resources to one entity then people not end up working as hard. Less is more type concept.
Also — we are also striving to create some more original code with both my baby of a game and the other two mini games. Each having their own unique signature. From a tech/dev standpoint — what these other devs bring to the table is really exciting.

General Notes
Like marketing, community managing, and various aspects of leading a crypto project, we are learning, growing and trying to figure things out that have not been done or seen thus far in Harmony. I appreciate your patience as we continuing to develop and experiment.
Just like our dex launch we will need testers for the ‘alpha’ when it is ready on any of the newest addition mentioned above — There will be several different criteria for getting this exclusive access.
To name a few —
*Boss Legacy on discord as they were the initial believers in the project.
*Using BOSS as their main hub of transactions
*Naturally committed to the project by providing constructive feedback on various topics throughout the lifespan of the project.
*Participated in governance votes
*If they already have the above 3 — they are more than likely already decent xBOSS and Hydra HODLers and have been involved in most Airdrops thus far.
