BOSS EMISSIONs 2.0 & First Leap into the First BOSS Partnership
Bosses! So lets go with what happen since the last article:
We had our first unofficial AMA in discord as the BOSS team was actively working on some of the minor things that were not exactly sitting well from a UI standpoint. They were:
- On the swaps page when swapping for ONE to BOSS the trade summary showed ETH instead of ONE
- When swapping BOSS to ONE it says I receive ETH back
- During swaps there was a small error handling when rpc disconnects during confirmation of swap
During our AMA, some interesting conversation led us to investigate our contracts and discover that our emission schedule was heavily flawed. In order to avoid a catastrophic event later, we took a poll on some new emission proposals and this will be our new emission schedule:
Epoch 2 will have 95% lock up rewards and every Epoch will unlock 1 additional percentage. For example, Epoch 3 will have 6% unlocked rewards. Epoch 4 will have 7% unlocked rewards. Etc. Your unlocked percentage is based on the time of harvest.
Epoch 2 begins on Block # 18368856 and every Epoch lasts 151,200 Blocks.
